Starting today, Vultr users can provision cloud instances from our newest cloud data center location in Santiago, Chile.
As our third location in Latin America, Santiago is the latest step in fulfilling our mission to provide businesses and developers around the world with unrivaled ease of use, price-to-performance, and global reach. This will allow greater access to high performance cloud computing infrastructure for businesses and developers in Chile and the broader region.
Following our recent expansions into India and South Africa, Santiago marks our 29th location around the world. No other independent cloud computing provider has the geographic reach of Vultr. This expansion is part of our ongoing commitment to provide high performance cloud infrastructure to businesses and developers in regions underserved by the hyperscalers.
Available Services
Today, users can provision Cloud Compute and Optimized Cloud Compute instances, as well as Kubernetes and Cloud Storage from Santiago. Additional services will continue to be added in the near future. We’re excited to see how Vultr users leverage our newest location to grow and scale their businesses.
In 2022, we opened eight new locations, including Warsaw, Madrid, Melbourne, Honolulu, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Johannesburg. 2023 is shaping up to be another year of unprecedented growth for Vultr, with even more new locations planned. Stay tuned for upcoming cloud data center location announcements, including further expansion across Latin America.
